Fitness in the Parks returns for its 14th season
Independent Health and YMCA Buffalo Niagara are proud to kick off the 14th season of Fitness in the Parks, a free community wellness initiative that brings more than 500 outdoor fitness classes to 24 parks across Western New York. From high energy Zumba® to restorative yoga or Pilates, Fitness in the Parks offers something for everyone to get outside and stay active outdoors all summer long.

Transparency-Rx, a not-for-profit coalition led by transparent pharmacy benefit managers, announced that Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions (PBD) has joined as its latest member. Transparency-Rx’s growing coalition represents nearly 15 million lives across all 50 states. This membership enables PBD to collaborate on meaningful initiatives that empower patients and stakeholders across the health care spectrum.
