You can enroll or change your plan quickly by using Independent Health’s Enrollment Tool, or you may also enroll in an Independent Health Medicare Advantage plan through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov

Independent Health is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract offering HMO, HMO-SNP, HMO-POS and PPO plans. Enrollment in Independent Health depends on contract renewal.
