You can earn rewards for getting your preventive health services. When you complete a preventive service, you will earn reward dollars that can be used through NationsOTC® toward the purchase of a variety of over-the-counter or grocery items, Apple® products and more! Please note that this benefit does not begin until January 1, 2022.

Optional Supplemental Comprehensive Dental Benefit

In addition to your preventive dental benefit, you have the option of adding this comprehensive dental coverage, which includes periodontal cleanings, root canals, dentures and more through a Healthplex dental provider.

For your convenience, all hospitals and pharmacies across the WNY region are included in our network. Please Note: Our Medicare Passport® Advantage PPO plan has a special network of providers for in-network services. Contact a RedShirt for details.

Worldwide emergency room and urgent care coverage

Our benefits include worldwide urgent care coverage at urgent care centers or walk-in clinics in addition to our worldwide emergency room care. So if you ever get sick or have an emergency outside of WNY, rest assured the care you need is covered with all of our plans.

Staying up to date with your preventive care is key to maintaining and improving your health and well-being. That’s why we cover a long list of preventive services at no cost to you; including a colonoscopy, mammogram, immunizations and an annual well visit with your doctor.
