Highest monthly cost; low copay/coinsurance amounts. Ideal for those who prefer easy and predictable out-of-pocket costs.
Gold »
Higher monthly cost; simple, fixed copays and deductibles. Ideal for those who want to save on monthly costs and keep their out-of-pocket costs low.
Silver »
Mid-range monthly cost; moderate-range deductibles and copay/coinsurance amounts. Ideal for those looking to balance their monthly costs with their out-of-pocket costs.
Bronze »
Lowest monthly cost; highest deductible and copay/coinsurance amounts. Ideal for those who don't use a lot of medical and health care services.
Catastrophic »
Low monthly cost; high deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Available to individuals under age 30 or who meet other Federal requirements.
