2021 Fitness in the Parks – Schedule

Starting June 1, Independent Health and the YMCA are bringing our free fitness classes back outside for you to safely enjoy – along with a variety of online classes to join from home!

Online classes can be accessed through the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Facebook page. Select the links below to “connect live” at the scheduled times.

No classes will be held on Independence Day, July 4, and Labor Day, September 6.
