2020 Fitness in the Parks – Schedule

Starting July 27, Independent Health and the YMCA are bringing our free fitness classes back outside for you to safely enjoy – along with a variety of virtual classes to join from home.

Virtual classes can be accessed through the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Facebook page and the Jamestown Area YMCA’s Facebook page. Click the buttons below to “connect live” at the scheduled times.

No classes will be held on Labor Day, September 7.
