It’s time to get moving with Fitness in the Parks: Home Edition! Independent Health is teaming up with the YMCA for the ninth consecutive year to bring you a series of FREE fitness classes designed to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles. This year, we’re going virtual! You can follow our live fitness classes from the comfort of your own home. Classes can be accessed through the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Facebook page and the Jamestown Area YMCA Facebook page. View the schedule to find out more!
