Soccer for Success

The Independent Health Foundation has brought the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s youth-development program to Western New York! Learn more about this challenging after-school activity, led by professionally trained coaches.

Fitness in the Parks

Community All-Stars / Wellness All-Stars

Independent Health and Business First have teamed up to identify and honor our Community All-Stars, a group of Western New York high school seniors who exemplify outstanding qualities, which make our community a great place to live. In addition, two high school seniors will be named our Wellness All-Stars, individuals who makes our community a healthy place to live.
