Our calendar of events makes it easy to see what’s coming up next. Independent Health and Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge

Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge logo

Join our Health & Wellness Challenge and you can earn points for making healthy choices. The more you do, the more points you earn and the more chances you’ll have to win great prizes.

Dates: October 3 – November 13

MONDAY NIGHT FITNESS
As part of the Independent Health and the Buffalo Bills Health and Wellness Challenge, all Western New Yorkers are invited to participate in a FREE boot camp class at New Era Field. Classes will be held at 6 p.m. every Monday October 3 – November 7, and are taught by YMCA certified instructors. No sign up or registration is required; just show up!

YMCA Buffalo Niagara Turkey Trot

Your participation in the YMCA Turkey Trot will help support kids and families across Western New York by helping to make YMCA programs and services accessible to those who would otherwise be unable to afford the full cost of service.

Diabetes Stick

A certified diabetes educator will provide information for better diabetes management: What diabetes is; the importance of checking blood sugar levels; A1C and how it affects blood sugar; meal planning and exercise; medical tests; and types of medication that help manage blood sugar.
