Diabetes Stick

Join us for a day of healthy exploration at the Buffalo Museum of Science! Admission to the Museum is FREE and includes fun, interactive activities at the Explore Together event for kids.

Larkinville Ice Festival

Slow Roll Buffalo

Slow Roll Buffalo, sponsored by Independent Health, is presenting its series of wintertime bicycle rides, dubbed “Snow Roll.” Starting in December, the group will meet at a different venue each month for three months and take a unique route through the city. All ages, skill levels and bicycles are welcome!

Diabetes Stick

The Diabetes Self-Management Program is a 6-session workshop designed for people living with type 2 diabetes or people who care for them. Participants learn self-management techniques and skills needed in the day-to-day management of diabetes.
