Each year, thousands of Western New York residents ring in the New Year at Buffalos biggest drug- and alcohol-free celebration, presented by the Independent Health Foundation.

Food Truck Tuesdays at Larkin Square
Independent Health is proud to partner with Larkin Square to sponsor many fun-filled events, including Food Truck Tuesdays! All trucks are offering items that are lower in fat, cholesterol and sodium, as part of the Independent Health Foundation’s Healthy Options program.

Slow Roll Buffalo
Sponsored by Independent Health, Slow Roll Buffalo is a group bicycle ride that meets every Monday night at different venues around the city. All ages, skill levels and bicycles are welcome!
