Effective June 24, 2025, providers should select the "Cardiology Services" menu option (post-login) to submit prior authorization requests for all interventional cardiovascular procedures and the following diagnostic cardiology services: Myocardial Perfusion Imaging - Nuclear Cardiology Study, MUGA Scan, Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE), Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Stress Echocardiography.
