Independent Health does not control the Third-Party App’s privacy or data use policies. You should carefully review the Third-Party App’s privacy notice to see if and how you can have the Third-Party App delete your data.

Simple deletion of the Third-Party App from your device may not be enough. If you have any questions, you should contact the Third-Party App directly.

No. Only you have the authority to request deletion of your data from the Third-Party App (if deletion is a feature provided by the Third-Party App). Once Independent Health has shared the data per your consent, we cannot retract the data. However, you can revoke your consent with us regarding future data sharing.

You should carefully review the Third-Party App’s privacy notice to understand what security features are available on the Third-Party App to protect your data from being viewed by unauthorized persons. You can also look into specific device protections, such as setting a password or using biometric log-on for your device.

Independent Health does not have a way of knowing if a Third-Party App may share your data outside of the United States. Therefore, before consenting to have us share your data to the Third-Party App, you should carefully review the Third-Party App’s privacy notice and contact them with any questions you may have.
