At Independent Health, feedback is important to us. Insights was created to allow you to share your opinions on a wide range of topics related to health insurance. We take pride in serving our members. With your help, we can continue to work to meet the needs of health care consumers and provide a better, overall health care experience.
No. We want to hear your feedback and opinions regardless of who your current health insurance carrier is!
We respect your time and appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts and opinions with us. On average, you can expect to receive 2-4 surveys per month. Surveys will usually take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
Results from Independent Health Insights surveys will be shared with appropriate managers and executives throughout Independent Health. Findings will be discussed and become part of the decision-making process. We will keep you, our community members, informed by frequently sharing back results on the Insights member page.
No. Your privacy is important to us. Therefore individual responses will not be viewed. Your responses will only be viewed collectively with other responses to the same survey. Any personal information provided in these surveys will only be used for statistical purposes and will not be shared.
This could be caused by two things:
- Depending on your email provider or your personal email settings, some emails generated from an automated system may be sent directly to your Junk E-Mail or Spam folder. To prevent this from happening, add us to your safe sender list or address book. The email will come from Independent Health Insights, email@example.com.
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly when registering, causing the email to be sent to an invalid inbox. If this has happened, you will need to fill out the questionnaire again and re-enter your correct email address.
You can access the Independent Health Insights member page by visiting https://www.independenthealthinsights.com/hub and entering your login information. We recommend you bookmark this page so you can access it easily.
The Insights community login is separate from your Independent Health online account login. Logging in to the Insights community will direct you to the Insights member page, where you have access to content exclusive to our community members. If you are looking for information on your health plan or benefits, please visit www.independenthealth.com and use your Independent Health login to access your secure member account.
If you can’t remember your password, simply click the “Forgot password?” link on the Independent Health Insights login page and enter your email address to have your password reset. If you need assistance, click “Technical Support” at the bottom of the login page.
Insights is designed to be compatible with any device – laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone.
If you have questions related to a survey or activity, please click the "Technical Support" link at the bottom of any survey. Simply send us your question and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If you would like to update your e-mail address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, current email address and new email address and we’ll be happy to update your information for you. We will notify you when the change has been made.
