Below is a listing of preventive health, disease-specific and care management clinical practice guidelines, which include recommendations intended to optimize patient care. These are the recommendations applicable to asymptomatic adults. The guidelines are not intended to replace the clinical judgment of a physician or the needs of the individual patient. More frequent screenings or variations may be appropriate if there is an increased risk for disease due to family history or other factors, and at the discretion of the physician. Unless otherwise noted, these guidelines are current and have been reviewed and approved by the Independent Health Quality Committees effective March 29, 2017.
