You can review your 2017 Medicare Advantage Plan options. Remember, you can change your plan starting October 15. Once you have selected your new plan you can click Enroll Now and fill out our easy enrollment form.

Don’t forget

Even though the annual enrollment period ends December 7, you have until December 31 to make your selection since you must choose a new plan. If you don’t select a new plan by December 31, then you will be automatically enrolled in Original Medicare, which does not include prescription drug coverage.

These changes will not impact you until January 1, and your choice is an important one, so please take your time to decide.
