Nova Healthcare Administrators, an Independent Health company, is the administrator of your Reimbursement Account(s) which may include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Qualified Transportation Accounts (QTA).

Whether you’re an employee or an employer, you can access reimbursement account information through your Reimbursement Account Login.

Employees

Our convenient online Reimbursement Account Information Center gives you access to a wide variety of information including account balances, statements, claims submission, forms, answers to frequently asked questions and more.

How to Register
Subscribers will receive a welcome letter including a username and password to access your online account. If you are unable to log in, please call the customer service department at (716) 505-8566 or 1-877-268-3799.

Employers

The Employer Reimbursement Account Information Center allows employers to access a wide variety of information including account balances, statements, reports, forms, answers to frequently asked questions and more.

To log in to the Reimbursement Account Information Center, you will need to have the password provided to you by Nova.
