Healthy community events and activities

Independent Health has partnered with a variety of local organizations to offer engaging community initiatives that promote healthy choices. From 8,000 people attending Fitness in the Parks classes last summer to 1.8 million calories burned and 47,386 miles traveled in 2017 through our Reddy bikeshare program, our community partnerships have provided Western New Yorkers with fun and easy ways to get active, eat right and take charge of their health. As if that’s not enough, many of these initiatives are free. A list of all the community programs and events Independent Health offers and supports is at independenthealth.com/events
